In order to make deliverance effective, it is required that fasting is done. This help to keep one spiritually activated and sensitive.“24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

With the exception of people on medication, or those who are pregnant or those breastfeeding, or those below 18years, every adult on deliverance are required to fast from 12 midnight to 6pm every day, Monday to Friday.
The fasting means no food and no drink (not even water) until 6pm (in the evening). It also means no food and no drink after 12 midnight.

What you eat when you break your fast is also part of the fasting. Just like in the case of Daniel (Daniel 10:3) he wasn’t eating any pleasant or nice food.
In this case it is recommended to break the fast at 6pm with food not prepared with oil and pepper.

In addition to your major meal it is also allowed to eat fruits, vegetables, victuals (i.e. normal bread, biscuits, etc) and anything else not containing oil or pepper.

From 6pm when you break your fast it is recommended that you drink the deliverance drink (3 in 1). This is obtained by mixing the blood of Jesus and the anointing oil in little quantities in water. The blood of Jesus is the blackcurrant juice or Ribena which has been blessed the Man of God – Pastor Alex, just like Holy Communion wine while the anointing is the olive oil blessed by the Man of God.

The 3 in 1 drink is the only drink recommended between 6pm and 12 midnight Monday to Friday.

For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness on earth:[b] the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.
Deliverance lasts differently for different people. This is dependent on individual spiritual circumstances but on average it lasts about 3 to 5 weeks. This means it could be or and it could be less. So it is advisable to be open-minded about the duration.

Clearance from deliverance is done only on Tuesday mornings after “Enough is Enough” which is from 6am to 7am. Those on deliverance especially those who have completed about 3 – 5 weeks and above are advised to always wait to know if they are cleared.

Once the Man of God declare you cleared it means, your fasting has stopped. This will qualify you for the next stage of the deliverance programme called “How to Keep Your Deliverance”.
